At GameReasons.com, we want to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of most products we sell (collectibles, trading cards, and similar items), all orders are final, sold "as is," and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged once the order is placed.
Limited Return Exceptions
In certain cases, we may allow returns of new, sealed, and unopened items. These exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
The return request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be approved by GameReasons.com prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been inspected and verified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
